6 cl Kalê
3 cl lemon juice
1 egg white
ice

8 cl Kalê (unchilled)
2 cl fresh citrus juice
(yuzu, lime or lemon juice)

serve with hot water

add ginger and a citrus slice
according to taste

4 cl Kalê
4 cl sparkling wine
splash of soda water
orange peel

Serve on ice and garnish
with herbs (e.g. mint).
